Lo chiamano the "heat wave ". Proviene dal deserto dietro le montagne di Santa Ana. Corre tra i Canyon ad una velocita` di 30 miglia all'ora. Invade la piana di Los Angeles per giorni interi. La temperatura si alza di 15-20 gradi Fahrenheit. Scoppiano incendi. La gente impazzisce.
