Emergency room.
I have been to the ER.
I got my hand and my wrist burned with a boiling lobster chowder.
Relatively short wait.
Excellent organization with more medical personnel than patients.
I gave them my insurance card and my ID.
"Do you have any religious preferences?"
I signed at least 8 papers (with my burned hand) before being treated.
I got cream and bandage on my burns.
They gave me a pain killer.
Now I feel much better.
